In this key position, you will report directly to the Director of Business Operations, managing critical aspects of Vention’s infrastructure. Your responsibilities will range from analytics and project management to real estate and software procurement, focusing on continuous improvement and cross-department collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leaders to identify and resolve operational challenges
• Analyze complex business problems using quantitative methods
• Manage projects from inception to execution
• Handle facility upgrades and security management
• Oversee software selections and vendor negotiations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical acumen and problem-decomposition skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking capabilities
• High emotional IQ to navigate cross-functional teams
• Proficient communication skills for top-down reporting
