We're hiring a Customer Success Specialist to support and guide our usersfrom grassroots fundraisers to national nonprofitsas they run successful events on our platform.
What You'll Do:
• Support users via email, chat, and occasionally calls
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Help improve internal processes and collaborate with a fully remote team
What You Bring:
• Customer support experience (email/chat/Zoom)
• Tech-savvy with great communication skills
• Comfortable with Excel and basic web design
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Legal Resident of Canada fluent English
Bonus Points for:
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising events
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Intercom, Enchant
• Remote work experience & self-starter mentality
Schedule:
Choose between:
• 4 x 10 hour days (ThuSun, 11:30AM9:30PM US Pacific time)
• 5 x 8 hour days (ThuMon, 1:30PM9:30PM US Pacific time)
