As a Marketing Manager, you’re not just executing marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Responsibilities Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Strategic Leadership & Planning • Own and execute the annual marketing strategy, brand positioning, and messaging aligned to business goals and customer mix • Conduct market research, SWOT analyses, and competitive reviews to inform strategic direction • Leverage Hilton tools, platforms, and reporting to optimize performance and inform decisions Campaigns, Content & Brand Execution • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, and traditional channels • Lead content strategy and production, including photography, videography, and storytelling across all platforms • Oversee all marketing assets, including website, third-party listings, and collateral • Write and edit compelling copy for campaigns, social media, email, and web Digital, Social & Performance Marketing • Manage and optimize digital media strategies, including paid, owned, and earned channels • Own social media strategy, content calendar, community engagement, and performance analysis • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns using Hilton systems and insights. Food & Beverage & On-Property Experiences • Lead marketing for Mosaic Kitchen Bar Lounge, including promotions, campaigns, seasonal activations, and partnerships • Collaborate with operations to create and promote on-property experiences and activations that enhance the guest journey Commercial Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement • Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, and Finance to drive topline revenue and support all business segments • Support B2B, group, and catering marketing efforts with tailored campaigns and materials • Present marketing performance, insights, and strategies in commercial and executive meetings Partnerships, PR & Agency Management • Develop and manage local partnerships, sponsorships, and community activations • Support PR initiatives, including media and influencer relationships • Oversee agency relationships, ensuring alignment with strategy, brand, and performance objectives Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, Our Core Values Define What It Takes To Succeed Here And Guide The Qualities We Look For In Every Team Member A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
