Software Engineer - Product / Ingénieur Logiciel 💰 Salary: $55,000 - 85,000 per year At Nexxo Technologies we are looking for a JavaScript engineer! 🛠️ Our tech stack: AI, Azure, Cloud, DevOps, LLM, MongoDB, Quant, React, TypeScript, Web, NodeJS, JavaScript 📝 Rquirements: - We want someone who is committed to continuous learning, eager to adopt new technologies, and comfortable staying at the forefront of the field. - We are looking for a proven record of delivering features end to end in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment. - We need experience building or integrating AI- or LLM-powered capabilities into production products. - We value strong product intuition and a natural focus on user problems rather than purely technical solutions. - We require proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and contemporary web architecture. - You should be comfortable with ambiguity and rapid cycles of iteration, especially when requirements are still evolving. - You must be able to manage your own workload independently and deliver on schedule. - We are looking for more than 5 years of experience shipping high-velocity products. - Preferred: experience designing agentic AI systems, including multi-step workflows, tool use, feedback loops, and autonomous decision-making. - Preferred: familiarity with product discovery methods such as user interviews, rapid prototyping, and hypothesis-driven development. - Preferred: exposure to the MSP, IT services, or B2B SaaS operational workflows space. - Preferred: experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps workflows. - Preferred: strong asynchronous communication skills and the ability to write clearly in documents. 👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are: - We want you to own features end to end, from problem discovery and user research through design, implementation, shipping, and iteration. - We need you to design and improve AI agent workflows that triage tickets, communicate with end users, coordinate bookings, and escalate intelligently. - We expect you to move quickly, run rapid experiments, validate hypotheses with real MSP users, and use data to decide what to build next. - We want you to help shape our product roadmap by contributing customer insights, market awareness, and technical feasibility input. - We need you to build full-stack features across Node.js, React, MongoDB, and Azure to create polished, reliable user experiences. - We expect you to collaborate in an async-first way by communicating clearly in writing, sharing context proactively, and making decisions with minimal coordination overhead.
