Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities include advising management on Employee & Labour Relations while supporting team members through coaching and dispute resolution. You'll foster a culture of inclusivity and trust, alongside implementing strategies for team morale and satisfaction. Collaborate with HR peers and corporate teams to ensure adherence to brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach management in Employee Relations practices
• Organize sensitive investigations for Team Member issues
• Facilitate effective Team Member events and programs
• Administer exit interviews and track relevant data
• Enhance communication within the team environment
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Employee & Labour Relations roles
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent expertise
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere
• Prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings
