Enhance team dynamics at Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino as a Human Resources Relations Specialist. This full-time role emphasizes employee engagement and effective communication in an onsite setting. Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities include advising management on Employee & Labour Relations while supporting team members through coaching and dispute resolution. You'll foster a culture of inclusivity and trust, alongside implementing strategies for team morale and satisfaction. Collaborate with HR peers and corporate teams to ensure adherence to brand standards.
