• Partner with leadership for strategic HR guidance
• Develop and improve HR policies and procedures
• Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations
• Manage compensation, benefits, and performance evaluations
• Stay updated on HR trends and labor regulations Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience
• CPHR designation or in progress is an asset
• Proven influence with leaders and complex people matters
