Critical Infrastructure Operations Manager in Montréal

Lead the Site Operations team at Vantage Data Centers in Pointe-Claire, QC, ensuring optimal performance of mission-critical infrastructure. Drive operational excellence through management of workflows, training, and customer communications. The Manager of Critical Infrastructure Operations will oversee a dedicated team of Critical Facility Technicians (CFTs) in a dynamic environment. With a focus on hands-on leadership, you will develop and manage critical maintenance plans, ensuring reliability and efficiency across our data center operations. This role requires substantial technical expertise and customer service acumen to foster effective team performance and uphold the highest service standards.
