What You’ll Do: The Data Processing and Product Services Manager at GeologicAI will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing operations team distributed across multiple regions and time zones. This is a role defined by its reach, bridging people, process, and delivery to ensure team health, output quality, and the cross-functional alignment that underpins our operations globally. Key Roles and Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and develop a globally distributed team of data processing and product services professionals. • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture across multiple regions and time zones. • Directly oversee data processors, supervisors, and regional support personnel across multiple geographies. • Build a performance-driven culture through clear expectations, coaching, feedback, and structured performance management. • Own workforce planning activities including hiring, onboarding, training progression, succession planning, and retention. • Drive employee engagement, career development, and competency progression through structured certification and training programs. • Ensure strong communication, collaboration, and accountability across operations, project management, technical support, and engineering teams. • Establish and manage operational KPIs focused on turnaround time, throughput, quality, utilization, downtime, and customer satisfaction. • Manage team capacity, scheduling, prioritization, and workload balancing to meet service-level expectations and customer commitments. • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Customer Success, Commercial, and Operations teams to align delivery with business objectives. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Nice to have Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or similar disciplines are an advantage given the performance-driven and process-oriented nature of this role.
