Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for an Assistant Brand Manager, Annabelle - 360 Marketing & Communication for a permanent full-time position. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager, Annabelle - 360 Marketing & Communication plays a key role in the development and execution of integrated brand communications. This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and autonomy to ensure consistent, consumer-centric communication across all touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and drive engagement. Work Location • 400 Sainte-Croix Avenue, Saint-Laurent (Quebec) • Hybrid work mode – three (3) days per week in the office Why choose Groupe Marcelle? • A growing Canadian company • A stimulating environment where boldness, empowerment, and partnership are encouraged • A human and committed team made up of passionate people moving forward together Benefits matching your talent • Competitive base salary • Flexible hours promoting work-life balance, including the possibility of leaving earlier on Fridays • Medical and dental insurance • Health and wellness spending account • Retirement plan and Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) • Telemedicine services • Employee Assistance Program • Performance bonuses • Paid holidays during the Christmas season • Paid time off for your birthday • Employee discounts on all Groupe Marcelle products, including exclusive previews of new launches • Free access to our on-site gym at headquarters Exclusive Head Office benefits • Large free outdoor parking lot (paid indoor parking option available) • Easily accessible by foot from Du Collège metro station YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE • Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager, the Marketing Director, and cross-functional teams to lead and execute the marketing & communication strategy and plan • Develop comprehensive communication briefs, including message architecture, to support new product launches • Collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure strong claims, solid messaging, and consistency from development through to launch • Work with internal teams and external creative agencies to support the development and execution of key campaigns (P1) • Work closely with the creative team to manage internal and external photoshoots and video productions (studio booking, resource coordination, casting, budget management, briefing, validation of all departmental needs, sourcing materials, PPM planning, etc.) to support priority 2 and 3 needs • Lead collaboration sessions with 360 teams (Public Relations, Social Media, Digital, Education, and E-retail) • Ensure brand consistency and messaging accuracy across all 360° strategies, while building authentic and relevant connections with consumers. Contribute to adherence to brand guidelines and ensure their application across all touchpoints • Oversee calendar alignment across social media, email marketing, website, and paid campaigns for launches and initiatives, ensuring approvals are obtained at the appropriate levels • Develop and execute media plans in collaboration with the Media Manager and external agency • Collaborate with the internal studio and external creative partners to efficiently produce content for the brand and campaigns (brochures, banners, social media assets, etc.) • Participate in the organization of national sales meetings (marketing content and logistics) as well as other internal meetings (National Business Meeting, etc.) • Manage budgets, create purchase orders (POs), process invoices, and maintain budget tracking WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another related field • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and communication, including 360° campaigns • Strong understanding of marketing and communication challenges • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint • Good knowledge of the cosmetics market and industry AND IF YOU ARE • Creative, with a mindset that combines creativity and a strategic approach • Able to build stories, with a strong sense of brand • Creative, curious, proactive, and attuned to trends • Able to work in a team and build relationships • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Autonomous, responsive, and flexible: able to handle urgent situations and set priorities • Able to maintain a big-picture view and a global perspective on campaigns The task and responsibilities listed above are summaries and indicatives.
