• Manage physician clinic schedules and booking appointments
• Prepare medical records and documents for consultations
• Draft patient communications and manage billing processes
• Answer calls and perform ad hoc administrative tasks
• Coordinate with other departments for holistic support Requirements:
• High school diploma is required
• 2+ years in an administrative support role
• Experience in a medical setting preferred
• Familiarity with Connect Care and Alberta Netcare is a plus
