Lead the HR function at SE Health as a Director, Human Resources Business Partner. This strategic role is focused on fostering a results-oriented culture and aligning people strategies with organizational goals. Reporting to the Vice President, this position is a key advisor to business leaders on all HR matters. You'll leverage workforce insights and partner with leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience. Emphasizing change management and workforce planning, you will address complex people matters while ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
