Digital Project Manager/Marketing Campaigns (1+ years) to deliver marketing-related communications across digital channels using Adobe Journey Optimizer and WorkFront Our financial services client is seeking a Project Manager (1+ years) to deliver marketing-related communications across digital channels using Adobe Journey Optimizer and WorkFront Join a dynamic marketing and digital growth team driving high-visibility campaigns across mobile banking, online, and paid media. This role leads cross‑functional coordination for timely delivery of creative and content assets to support omni‑channel marketing initiatives. It offers exposure to large‑scale financial services projects with opportunities to build experience and grow within a major Canadian bank. Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 3 Days per week Duration: 11 months Location: 100 Yonge Stree Must Haves • 1+ years in cross‑functional project management using Adobe WorkFront • 1+ years with digital marketing platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Responsys, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Experience Manager • 1+ years in team leadership and performance coaching • Exposure to AI and process automation tools including CoPilot and ChatGPT • Strong Excel capabilities for reporting and insights; Marketing accreditation or four‑year degree in Marketing, Business or related field Nice to Have • Experience within the financial services sector • Background in AI automation playbooks and best practices • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Adobe CDP Responsibilities • Coordinate marketing campaign planning and execution to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery • Work with creative, content, and analytics teams to gather assets for campaign deployment • Support Agile Marketing squads with tasks related to publishing, digital experiences, and sales • Monitor compliance with CASL, anti‑spam, and privacy regulations • Investigate and resolve pre‑production and post‑production campaign issues • Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations • Collaborate with vendors and partners to enhance omni‑channel marketing integration
