Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leaders on HR strategies aligned with goals
• Manage employee relations, coaching on policy and discipline issues
• Lead recruitment, performance management, and compensation discussions
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare leadership reports
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and develop HR policies
Requirements:
• 8 years as a Strategic HR Business Partner
• Post-Secondary Education in HR Management or related field
• Strong employee relations and labor legislation expertise
• Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills
• Experience in fast-changing environments
