Lead NPI projects with CoolIT Systems in Calgary as a Project Manager Team Lead. Oversee product development and enhance continuous improvement efforts in a technology-driven environment. As a Project Manager Team Lead, you will manage a team of Junior and Intermediate NPI Project Managers, ensuring project success across various product developments.
This role demands expertise in managing electromechanical designs and continuous improvement initiatives within a Lean Manufacturing context. Collaborate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, and production cross-functional teams for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor NPI Project Managers
• Enhance NPI Project Management processes
• Act as liaison for Value Stream Leaders
• Remove execution roadblocks for timely project delivery
• Report project statuses using relevant tools Requirements:
• Proven experience with NPI projects in electromechanical domains
• Involvement in continuous improvement in Lean Manufacturing
• Strong interest in emerging technologies
• Familiarity with GitHub and MES
