SAP IBP Project Manager (Remote – Canada)
We're looking for an experienced SAP IBP Project Manager to join a growing team delivering global supply chain transformation initiatives.
In this role, you'll lead SAP IBP and related supply chain projects from initiation through successful delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining a high standard of quality. This is a primarily remote opportunity supporting North American clients and global delivery teams.
What You'll Do
• Lead the planning and execution of SAP IBP and Supply Chain implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective collaboration across global stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing clear communication and regular project updates.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure project governance, quality standards, and delivery best practices are consistently followed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to PMO processes.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including SAP project delivery.
• Hands-on experience managing SAP IBP projects. Experience with SAP APO will also be considered.
• PMP (or equivalent Project Management certification).
• Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, LeanKit, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
• MBA or equivalent business experience.
• Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Interest in learning how technical SAP solutions are designed, implemented, and supported.
