You'll engage in routine maintenance tasks, compliance checks, and inspections while addressing both on-demand service requests and scheduled work. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical systems
• Monitor facility conditions through regular inspections
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
• Record maintenance data accurately in management systems
• Participate in compliance with safety and environmental standards Requirements:
• Journeyman Electrician license (CCQ membership required)
• Over 4 years of facility maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills and electrical system knowledge
• High school diploma with trades training
