Description This job is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking for Workday Functional / Techno Functional Consultant immediately with expertise in Workday business processes, BIRT, dashboards and workday integrations Job duties/accountabilities Job Title: Workday Functional / Techno Functional Consultant We are seeking an experienced Workday professional to support ongoing enhancements, backlog resolution, and operational stability across the Workday platform. The role will involve working across multiple modules, with a strong focus on business process configuration, reporting, security, and integrations. Key Responsibilities • Support resolution of backlog tickets related to Workday system changes and enhancements • Configure and optimize Workday business processes as per evolving business needs • Develop and maintain standard and custom reports (BIRT, dashboards, analytics) • Manage Workday security configurations, including roles, domains, and access controls • Support and troubleshoot Workday integrations (inbound/outbound, APIs, EIBs, etc.) • Perform impact analysis and implement system changes with minimal disruption • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Workday solutions • Provide production support, including incident resolution and root cause analysis • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and audit requirements
