Senior HR Manager, Global Governance Focus

Shape the future of HR governance at BLS International as a Senior Human Resources Manager. This strategic role requires expertise in global policies, payroll systems, and compliance across multiple regions. BLS International is looking for a Senior Manager in HR to strengthen governance and operational execution in HR. You will design, implement, and oversee global HR policies while managing payroll, time, and attendance for diverse regions. Your contribution will ensure that HR practices are consistent and compliant across Americas, LATAM, Africa, Middle East, and APAC.
