What You'll Do Customer Care • Deliver friendly, professional support through phone, email, and text. • Answer questions about products, services, pricing, and policies. • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships. Sales & Relationship Building • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. • Introduce promotions, upgrades, and additional solutions when they provide value. • Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to business growth. • Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. • Consistently work toward sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction goals. Customer Records & Administration • Maintain detailed and accurate customer information within the CRM system. • Record customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up communications. • Share customer insights and trends with leadership to help improve service and offerings. Team Collaboration • Meet service standards, productivity goals, and response-time expectations. • Work closely with colleagues to improve processes and customer experiences. • Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions through ongoing training. What We're Looking For Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. • Previous experience in customer support, sales, retail, or call centre environments is an asset. • Comfortable recommending products and identifying customer needs. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. • Experience using CRM systems and common business software is preferred. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
