Excelling in data analytics? Be a Data Analyst focused on Portfolio Reporting within our Real Estate Debt team, working in a hybrid model. This role is vital for driving management insights. You will report directly to the Director of Portfolio Reporting, engaging in scenario modeling and cash flow forecasting processes. With your experience, you'll analyze trends and exposures, creating reports that inform senior management and the Board. Your operational excellence will enhance data management initiatives within the portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct cash-flow forecasting and leverage analysis • Analyze portfolio trends for insightful reporting • Prepare management and Board reports using advanced models • Conduct portfolio impact assessments on debt investments • Ensure data quality through validation and reconciliation Requirements: • Degree in a quantitative field or business discipline • 2–3 years in a data analyst capacity in investment • Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Anaplan • Experience with Python or Tableau is advantageous • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings Utilize your strong analytical abilities in this crucial Data Analyst role supporting Real Estate Debt initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
