Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Location: Calgary, AB Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable. Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will support technical analysis, system integrations, stakeholder collaboration, and enterprise transformation initiatives. Responsibilities • Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. • Support enterprise application, integration, and modernization initiatives. • Analyze data flows, interfaces, APIs, and system dependencies. • Work with stakeholders in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments to define technical solutions. • Create technical documentation, functional specifications, and process flows. • Support testing, implementation, and deployment activities. • Collaborate with developers, architects, and project teams. • Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution. • Ensure solutions meet business, technical, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications • Experience as a Technical Business Analyst in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. • Strong experience gathering business and technical requirements. • Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications. • Experience supporting software development and implementation projects. • Knowledge of compliance, governance, and security requirements. • Experience working closely with development and architecture teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies. • Strong documentation and technical writing abilities.
