Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Branch Managers in achieving operations excellence
• Provide direction on compliance with SOPs
• Train associates on operational systems
• Oversee inventory management and processes
• Support branches during physical inventory counts
Requirements:
• Five to eight years in distribution or retail operations
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and business acumen
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Relevant post-secondary education
