LE RLE
On est en mode scale-up, ports par une demande client relle et on fait grandir notre quipe d'experts data et IA.
On cherche quelqu'un qui aime btir des pipelines solides, modliser des donnes proprement et livrer des solutions qui tiennent en production. Quelqu'un qui n'a pas peur de parler aux clients pour comprendre ce qu'ils ont besoin de voir dans leurs donnes.
Ce rle est affich sous le titre Analytics Engineer, avec le titre interne Data Specialist. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent temps plein, hybride.
Ce rle est fait pour toi si tu veux travailler sur des problmes data rels chez des clients varis et voir l'impact direct de ton travail en production. Si tu cherches un rle uniquement en recherche ou en data science thorique, ce n'est pas ce poste.
CE QUE TU VAS FAIRE
Ingnierie et modlisation
• Concevoir, construire et maintenir des pipelines de donnes fiables et scalables sur AWS
• Modliser les donnes : couches de transformation, modles dimensionnels, couches smantiques prtes pour le BI
• crire du SQL analytique avanc et travailler avec des outils comme dbt pour structurer les transformations
• Assurer la qualit des donnes : tests, documentation, monitoring des pipelines
• Contribuer l'volution de la plateforme BEEM et son dploiement chez les clients
Livraison et contact client
• Comprendre les besoins d'affaires des clients et les traduire en architecture de donnes concrte
• Participer aux rencontres clients pour valider les livrables et prsenter les solutions
• Documenter les mandats et proposer des amliorations continues
• Collaborer avec les conseillers solutions pour assurer la cohrence de bout en bout
CE QU'ON RECHERCHE
• Minimum 3 ans en analytics engineering, data engineering ou dveloppement BI avec livraison en production
• Matrise du SQL analytique avanc et exprience en modlisation de donnes
• Git au quotidien : branching, PR, code review, c'est ta ralit
• Exprience avec dbt ou un outil quivalent de transformation de donnes
• Confort avec AWS (ou Azure) et les environnements cloud natifs
• Capacit communiquer tes solutions des interlocuteurs non techniques
• Communication bilingue FR/EN
Atouts
• Exprience avec Airflow, Prefect ou un orchestrateur de pipelines
• Confort avec Docker et les environnements CI/CD
• Exprience en viz BI (Power BI, Metabase ou quivalent)
• Exprience ou intrt pour l'IA gnrative applique la data (agents, Claude et Bedrock)
• Tu aimes partager tes connaissances et faire grandir l'quipe autour de toi

THE ROLE
We're in scale-up mode, driven by real client demand and growing our team of data and AI experts.
We're looking for someone who loves building solid pipelines, modeling data properly and delivering solutions that hold in production. Someone who isn't afraid to talk to clients to understand what they need to see in their data.
This role is posted as Analytics Engineer, with the internal title of Data Specialist. This is a permanent full-time hybrid position.
This role is for you if you want to work on real data problems for diverse clients and see the direct impact of your work in production. If you're looking for a purely research or theoretical data science role, this isn't that role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Engineering & Modeling
• Design, build and maintain reliable and scalable data pipelines on AWS
• Model data: transformation layers, dimensional models, semantic layers ready for BI consumption
• Write advanced analytical SQL and work with tools like dbt to structure transformations
• Ensure data quality: testing, documentation, pipeline monitoring
• Contribute to the evolution of the BEEM platform and its deployment at client sites
Delivery & Client Engagement
• Understand clients' business needs and translate them into concrete data architecture
• Participate in client meetings to validate deliverables and present solutions
• Document mandates and continuously recommend improvements
• Collaborate with solutions advisors to ensure end-to-end consistency
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 3 years in analytics engineering, data engineering or BI development with production delivery
• Advanced analytical SQL proficiency and experience in data modeling
• Git is part of your daily workflow: branching, PRs, code reviews are your reality
• Experience with dbt or an equivalent data transformation tool
• Comfort with AWS (or Azure) and cloud-native environments
• Ability to communicate your solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Bilingual FR/EN communication
Bonus Points
• Experience with Airflow, Prefect or a pipeline orchestrator
• Comfort with Docker and CI/CD environments
• Experience with BI viz (Power BI, Metabase or equivalent)
• Experience or genuine interest in applied generative AI (agents, Claude and Bedrock)
