You will lead customer success programs covering onboarding, expansion, and retention, ensuring lasting client engagement. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance the role of Customer Success Managers. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement success enablement programs for client lifecycle
• Convert launch playbooks into tailored communication for Customer Success Managers
• Design certification content with real-world scenarios
• Conduct weekly Gong reviews for coaching themes and gaps
• Report monthly on customer success enablement health Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in customer success or enablement role
• Experience in training customer-facing teams
• Familiarity with onboarding and retention strategies
• Strong skills in facilitation and presentation
