Take on a leadership role with Bosch Building Technologies as the Operations Manager in Vancouver. Your focus will be on managing installations to ensure quality and client satisfaction, driving team excellence.
As Operations Manager, you will oversee the Installation Department and play a key strategic role in executing complex technology projects. You must possess strong commercial sales and estimating experience while also leading a skilled workforce in delivering superior service. This position requires full financial accountability as you report directly to the Regional Vice President.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish quality installation procedures and standards
• Monitor installation performance for timely and budget-conscious delivery
• Supervise and develop Operations personnel through coaching
• Develop short and long-range departmental goals
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
Requirements:
• 10+ years as an Operations Leader in security integration
• Significant experience in Project Management and leadership
• Post-secondary education in management
• Expertise in risk management and project performance analysis
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
