Senior UX Designer – SAP / ERP

Job Title: Senior UX Designer – SAP / ERP Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid – occasional workshops) Duration: July – March (Extension likely) Rate: ~$110/hr Model: 40 hrs/week | Remote OK (Local preferred) Role Overview We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to support a large SAP / ERP transformation (ECC → S/4HANA) with strong focus on mobile and enterprise workflow design. This is a hands‑on product/UX design role (not development) requiring someone who can design high‑fidelity enterprise experiences, especially for field/mobile users, while aligning to SAP Fiori and ERP design frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Lead user research & discovery (workflows, pain points, field scenarios) • Design end‑to‑end workflows across SAP / ERP systems (front office, back office, field users) • Create high‑fidelity designs, wireframes, and prototypes • Apply SAP Fiori / ERP UX standards and maintain consistency across platforms • Optimize usability, navigation, and task efficiency • Conduct usability testing and iterative improvements • Collaborate with functional, technical, and delivery teams • Support UAT, adoption, and post‑go‑live improvements Must‑Have Skills • 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience in enterprise systems • Experience with SAP UX (preferred) or ERP platforms • Strong UI/UX design skills (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) • Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end solution design (not just screens) • Strong user research & discovery capabilities • Experience designing mobile applications / field workforce tools
