• Guide customers through value realization and success planning
• Strategize and execute renewals up to a year in advance
• Offer training and best practices to optimize platform usage
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a relevant Customer Success role
• Strong financial services background with enterprise clients
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Good grasp of regulatory/compliance matters
• Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce
