Role Description The Director of Performance Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Surrey, BC. This role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, with a focus on measurable ROI and scalable growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies and budgets, overseeing media planning and buying, managing channel performance, and guiding A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. The Director will collaborate with sales, product, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets, refine audience segmentation, and improve lead quality. This role also involves managing and mentoring marketing team members, implementing best practices, and preparing regular performance reports and insights for senior leadership.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with experience developing and executing integrated performance marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing, including audience analysis, competitive research, and data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of Sales processes and collaboration with sales teams to align campaigns with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Proven experience leading performance marketing efforts (e.g., paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, marketing automation, and CRM integration).
• Ability to interpret analytics and KPIs, using tools such as Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, and attribution models to optimize campaigns.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, agencies, or external partners, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., digital marketing, analytics) are an asset.
• Experience working in high-growth or data-focused environments, with a track record of delivering measurable performance improvements.
