Publicis Toronto, a leader in the communications and marketing industry, is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Manager of Growth and Marketing. In this role, you will work closely with the EVP, Growth and Marketing to design, implement, and optimize growth strategies that drive business performance and elevate our brand in a competitive marketplace. Responsibilities: Strategic Growth Leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive strategies. Leverage data-driven insights to refine campaigns and optimize customer acquisition and retention initiatives. Campaign and Project Management Oversee end-to-end growth planning, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand messaging. Manage marketing projects and initiatives, coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets to achieve targeted results. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. Team Collaboration and Leadership Work closely with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to align marketing strategies across various functions such as digital, content, and creative. Serve as a key liaison between the growth/marketing teams and senior leadership, ensuring transparent communication and shared vision. Market Analysis and Innovation Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities. Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying strategic adjustments to maintain a competitive edge. Stakeholder Management and Reporting Develop clear, concise reporting and dashboards for senior leadership, illustrating growth metrics, campaign performance, and ROI. Build and nurture relationships with key external partners and vendors to enhance the agency’s service offerings and market reach. Collaborate with the EVP, Growth and Marketing to set and adjust targets, resource allocation, and overall strategic direction. Qualifications: • 5+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, digital strategy, or integrated marketing communications. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Proven track record in driving growth through innovative marketing strategies and data-driven decision-making. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders effectively. • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment and adapt to shifting priorities. This role is located in Toronto, requires 2-3 times/week in office (hybrid)
