Interaction UX Designer - Mobile Banking App Experience (Figma): On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Interaction UX Designer - Mobile Banking App Experience (Figma) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office. Interaction UX Designer - Mobile Banking App Experience (Figma) - Job Description: The designer will be working on the bank’s mobile banking app experience, focusing on the “Platform & Security” pillar. The project involves delivering best-in-class digital experiences and creating new security-related features for mobile banking clients. Interaction UX Designer - Mobile Banking App Experience (Figma) - Responsibilities: • Collaborate with 2 dedicated designers and other designers (Content, Research, Visual) to solve client problems through design thinking • Propose and participate in user research to help define the problem being solved • Design end-to-end solutions from 0-1 through the full design lifecycle • Work with the product team to translate product strategy into designs • Propose and participate in user testing of designs • Work with the Component team to create reusable design elements and patterns • Present work to the wider team • Collaborate with design leadership to further the design strategy Interaction UX Designer - Mobile Banking App Experience (Figma) - Mandatory Skills: • 5-7 years of Interaction (UX) experience • Strong background/understanding of native patterns and trends in iOS and Android • Web application design experience • Ability to clearly articulate the client and the business problem, and make design decisions based on them • Proficiency in Figma for creating documents for dev, architecture, and QA teams • Experience with Jira for project management • Systems thinking and ability to learn the tech systems supporting designs Interaction UX Designer - Mobile Banking App Experience (Figma) – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with Mural and Keynote • Familiarity with Slack for internal messaging • Ability to identify testing needs and production measurement requirements • Strong communication skills • Experience in accessible design Interaction UX Designer - Mobile Banking App Experience (Figma) – Assignment Length: This is a 12-month contract position.
