About this role
Description:
• Own the client services product surface, including enrollment, eligibility, payer configuration, and employer-facing experiences.
• Manage, develop, and hold accountable one PM focused on Enrollment & Eligibility.
• Lead long-term eligibility platform investments that support scalable enrollment growth.
• Own enrollment funnel instrumentation and optimization across landing pages, eligibility verification, and onboarding flows.
• Partner with Client Services and Growth to evaluate, prioritize, and execute custom client products and services.
• Build and maintain a triage framework for custom client requests and communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Spend meaningful time in a forward-deployed capacity with client-facing teams, on client calls, and in RFP processes.
• Translate employer, payer, and client requirements into member-first product decisions.
• Partner with Benefits Experience and Care Delivery on downstream activation and messaging surfaces.
Requirements:
• 7+ years in product management, with meaningful experience in health benefits, payer systems, or a complex B2B2C environment.
• Deep understanding of benefits data flow from employer configuration through eligibility verification to member activation.
• Experience in a forward-deployed or client-embedded product role.
• Experience managing or mentoring PMs.
• Strong data skills, including funnel instrumentation and activation analysis.
• Experience navigating custom client work in a scaled product organization.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted product development, including LLM or agentic tools.
• High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Strong member empathy, especially in high-pressure client-facing situations.
• Experience with eligibility and enrollment is the highest bar for this role.
