We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Acquisition Marketing Lead to direct the execution and optimization of our user acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels. Reporting to the Director of User Acquisition, this role will be responsible for managing paid media performance, driving customer acquisition growth, overseeing media budgets, and supporting the continued expansion of our digital marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across paid digital channels, including: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display); Paid Socials (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X); Programmatic Display & Video; Apple Search Ads; and Amazon Ads and emerging acquisition channels.
• Manage campaign planning, audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, creative testing, and optimizations.
• Establish campaign management processes and best practices.
• Foster a culture of testing, learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to ensure accurate attribution, reporting, and measurement.
• Translate campaign performance data into actionable business recommendations.
• Develop & communicate regular performance reviews highlighting insights, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, CRM, Compliance, and Brand teams to develop effective acquisition campaigns.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with applicable gaming regulations and advertising standards.
• Support integrated growth initiatives across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing programs.
• Drive ongoing experimentation across creative, audience, landing page, and channel strategies.
• Utilize internal systems and web analytics tools such as PowerBI, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or similar platforms to track and report on KPIs.
• Conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance, landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging.
• Support the development of team capabilities and contribute to future hiring and onboarding initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing technologies, best practices, and regulations related to the online gambling industry.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and provide support to the team as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 4+ years of digital performance marketing experience.
• 2+ years managing multi-channel paid media campaigns with significant monthly budgets.
• Proven experience managing acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and additional digital channels.
• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or other performance-driven industries.
• Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, analytics platforms, and customer acquisition funnels.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior marketing team members.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments.
• A collaborative team player who can both lead independent initiatives and support team-wide objectives.
Nice to have:
• Experience within regulated industries, particularly iGaming
• Familiarity with mobile app acquisition and app measurement platforms.
• Experience with programmatic buying platforms and DSPs.
• Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and broader growth marketing principles.
