Join Energy Toolbase in Calgary as a Senior UX Designer, where you will enhance user experiences across our innovative SaaS platforms. Collaborate closely with a small, agile team to drive impactful UX solutions.
In this high-impact role, you will own the end-to-end UX process, from research to design and testing. Your work will involve translating complex requirements into user-friendly experiences while closely partnering with Product Managers and Engineering. You'll play a critical role in understanding customer needs through various research methods and ensuring consistency across our integrated product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own UX across Energy Toolbase's product suite
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers daily
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs
• Create user journeys and interaction models
• Design intuitive interfaces for various user types
Requirements:
• 5+ years of UX or product design experience
• Strong knowledge of SaaS UX principles
• Experience with Figma and other design tools
• Understanding of TypeScript, C#, and REST APIs
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
