About this role
Become the trusted partner behind a CEO—and help some of the world's best keynote speakers create extraordinary client experiences.
At cmi, we don't just book speakers. We help organizations rethink leadership, culture, communication and performance. Everything we do is built on exceptional relationships, outstanding customer service, and delivering an experience that clients remember long after the keynote ends. Our speakers work with Fortune 500 companies, global associations and leading organizations across the globe. Behind every unforgettable keynote is a team that quietly makes excellence look effortless. That's where you come in.
This isn't a traditional Executive Assistant role.
Yes, you'll manage calendars. Yes, you'll coordinate travel. Yes, you'll keep projects moving. But that's only part of the story.
You'll become the trusted partner to our CEO, helping her stay focused on growing the business by anticipating needs, solving problems before they happen, and creating calm in the middle of busy days. At the same time, you'll build relationships with a select group of our highest-profile keynote speakers, ensuring every event runs seamlessly and every client feels exceptionally cared for.
If you're the kind of person who notices the details everyone else misses...who naturally thinks three steps ahead...and who genuinely enjoys making other people successful...we'd love to meet you.
Success in this role isn't measured by how many tasks you complete - it's measured by how much confidence you create for our CEO, our speakers, our clients, and our team.
Within your first year...our CEO rarely has to ask where something stands because you're already on it.
Our speakers know they can count on you. Clients feel looked after from the moment an event is confirmed. Travel is seamless. Meetings are prepared. Problems are solved before they become problems. And when our CEO travels...she doesn't worry. Because you're already thinking ahead.

• Draft emails, organize information, and help keep commitments moving.
• Keep projects on track and follow up without being asked.
• Learn how our CEO works so well that you begin anticipating what she'll need before she asks.
What You'll Own - Speaker & Client Experience

• coordinating event logistics

• ensuring every engagement reflects cmi's reputation for outstanding service
