Role: Senior Agile Project Manager
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Halifax, Montreal, Toronto, CN
We are looking for a Senior Agile Project Manager with strong experience in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, Jira administration, project reporting, and technical project coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with development teams, managing project risks, and communicating effectively with executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Break down business requirements into actionable work items.
• Communicate project updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage and administer Jira, including reporting and dashboards.
• Track project health using metrics such as burn-up/down charts, velocity, forecasting, KPIs, and OKRs.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Build strong relationships with development teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum project management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience in risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, and applications to effectively work with technical teams.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with development teams.
