The selected candidate will manage HR functions for over 200 employees, specifically focusing on blue-collar workforce needs. This opportunity is strictly for those with direct manufacturing HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with plant leaders as HR strategist
• Manage all facets of employee relations
• Oversee compliance with Canadian employment standards
• Drive HR initiatives including compensation and benefits
• Provide coaching on effective leadership practices
Requirements:
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience
• Solid manufacturing HR experience essential
• Expertise in employment law across provinces
• Proven ability to operate without a large HR team
• Commitment to relocating to Central Alberta
