The Finance
Manager role is crucial in enhancing Project 10's mission through sound financial management. You will work closely with the Executive Director, ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting budget preparation, and maintaining transparency across operations. A focus on risk mitigation and effective funding strategies will enable us to fulfill our commitment to youth empowerment. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial management and reporting accuracy
• Collaborate on annual budgeting and control processes
• Prepare and submit documents for grant compliance
• Provide training for staff on purchasing decisions
• Manage an annual fundraising campaign Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years in a non-profit finance role
• Experience with Xero or similar software
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Fluent in both French and English
