ABOUT THE ROLE
You will own the Customer and Platform domains. The Platform side includes our Rules Engine, Admin Panel, and Comms Manager services. You shape what the platform should be and how clients configure it. You define what gets built, why, and when. You write the specs and ship outcomes that move business KPIs.
You work with engineering and design, partner with client leads on implementations, and engage clients directly to shape what gets built. You will work within a regulated financial services environment, balancing commercial outcomes, customer outcomes, risk, compliance and operational scalability.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Own the team or domain outcome. Define what gets built, why, and when, against quarterly KPIs
• Write the specs and run discovery. Keep the backlog refined two sprints ahead
• Partner with engineering on trade-offs. Be the product voice they trust for your area.
• Engage clients directly in workshops and roadmap conversations
• Track KPIs against quarterly targets. Move them.
• Maintain product documentation as the source of truth for your domain
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
• 5 or more years of product management experience, or equivalent depth, with 2 or more in B2B platform, embedded finance, or telco.
• Demonstrable ownership of a product line, domain, or major client account
• Absorb client and customer context fast. Shape the conversation, challenge the brief, and influence the outcome.
• Strong engineering literacy. You can read an API spec and hold your own with engineering
• AI fluency. You use AI tools in your own work
• Familiarity with API design, microservices, and SaaS platforms
• Experience with regulated financial services products preferred
