## Mission Build one of the largest cruise communities in the world. We are looking for a creative marketing strategist capable of building a global travel brand through storytelling, AI, social media, influencers, partnerships, SEO, paid acquisition, and community engagement. This person should think like a startup founder rather than a traditional marketer. --- ## Responsibilities - Develop Cabin Cruiser's global marketing strategy - Manage all social channels - Build influencer partnerships - Create viral campaign concepts - Manage AI-generated content pipelines - Coordinate newsletters and email marketing - Oversee blog and SEO strategy - Work with designers and video editors - Launch referral campaigns - Grow user acquisition through partnerships - Analyze marketing analytics and ROI - Coordinate press releases and media opportunities - Help position Cabin Cruiser as the leading cruise intelligence platform --- ## Ideal Candidate - Startup experience - Exceptional storyteller - AI-first mindset - Understands performance marketing - Creative thinker - Data driven - Loves travel and technology - Understands branding psychology - Strong communication skills - Comfortable working independently ## Personality - Curious - Entrepreneurial - Energetic - Optimistic - Creative - Analytical - Comfortable taking risks - Loves experimenting with new ideas ## Compensation Part-Time: $3,000–$5,000/month Full-Time: $80,000–$120,000 CAD Performance bonuses tied to user growth and subscription revenue.
