Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a specialization in Organizational Development to join their team. This fully remote position will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness, driving change management initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, developing talent management programs, and supporting leadership in areas such as succession planning, workforce planning, and employee development. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of OD principles and a proven ability to influence and drive positive organizational change. This is a key role contributing to the company's strategic evolution.
Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational development needs and design effective interventions. Lead and manage change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in. Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development programs. Conduct workforce planning analysis to forecast future talent needs and develop strategies to meet them. Advise on organizational design, team effectiveness, and performance improvement strategies. Facilitate talent reviews and performance management processes to identify high potentials and development opportunities. Support the integration of new acquisitions or business unit reorganizations. Develop and deliver training programs focused on leadership effectiveness, team building, and change management. Analyze organizational data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic HR decisions. Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure alignment of OD initiatives with overall HR strategy. Act as a coach and consultant to leaders on people-related strategies and organizational challenges. Requirements Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant focus on Organizational Development and Change Management. Proven experience in designing and implementing succession planning, talent management, and leadership development programs. Strong knowledge of OD theories, models, and best practices. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale change initiatives. Excellent consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and data analysis. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders. Experience in a remote or distributed work environment is advantageous. Benefits
