Marketing & Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Sculpted Clinic | Ottawa, ON Part-Time (Approximately 16-30 hours/week) Sculpted Clinic is growing, and we're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated individual to join our team! This role combines social media, marketing, and administrative support while helping grow both Sculpted Clinic and our new educational division, Sculpted Academy. Responsibilities • Create and edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, photos, and stories • Capture before-and-after content and treatment footage • Schedule social media content and engage with followers • Respond to general inquiries by phone, email, and social media • Assist with appointment coordination and administrative tasks • Coordinate training models for Sculpted Academy • Respond to Academy inquiries and maintain student waitlists • Assist with email marketing updates • Support clinic events, promotions, and marketing campaigns We're Looking For Someone Who: • Is creative, organized, and detail-oriented • Has experience with social media content creation • Is comfortable filming and editing videos • Has excellent communication and customer service skills • Can multitask and work independently • Has experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar software (an asset) • Has administrative, marketing, or customer service experience Experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, or wellness is an asset but not required.
