Bilingual Call Centre Representative – Remote
Synergie is recruiting for several Bilingual Call Centre Representatives in the legal field.
Join a dynamic remote team as a Bilingual Call Centre Representative supporting clients across Ontario and Quebec. In this full-time role, you will handle calls and emails in English and French, provide accurate solutions, and deliver a high-quality client experience. Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and emails in English and French with professionalism
• Investigate client inquiries and provide accurate, timely solutions
• Apply knowledge and tools to resolve issues on first contact
• Document interactions clearly while following established procedures
• Deliver empathetic service while managing multiple systems
Requirements:
• Demonstrate strong bilingual communication skills in English and French
• Experience in customer service or call centre environments
• Exhibit strong data entry and written communication abilities
• Navigate Microsoft Office and multiple systems comfortably

• Processor: Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or better
• Memory & Storage: 8 GB RAM, 256 GB storage minimum
• Operating System: Windows 10 or higher
• Setup: Dual monitors and headset
• A MacBook Pro (M1 chip) running Windows 10 or higher may also be considered
