About the OpportunityOur client, a fast-growing organization in the advanced manufacturing and robotics space, is looking to bring on a Marketing Project Manager for a 6-month contract. Based in Burnaby, this hybrid role requires 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly innovative, global-facing environment supporting marketing initiatives tied to cutting-edge technology products.Position OverviewThe Marketing Project Manager will play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on event and tradeshow management. This role will partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to drive brand presence, support product marketing efforts, and ensure seamless project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end to end planning and execution of trade shows and in-person eventsManage booth design, production, and vendor relationshipsCoordinate event logistics including booth setup, marketing collateral, and promotional materialsDevelop event strategies, project plans, and vendor statements of workFacilitate kick-off meetings with internal stakeholders and external vendorsManage event budgets and provide detailed post-event reporting and analysisMaintain and organize CRM database of prospects and clientsCollaborate with product managers and designers to develop marketing materialsEnsure consistency across all branded collateral and communication channelsOversee and maintain digital asset librariesBuild and manage relationships with external vendors and partners
