As a Senior Accountant reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will contribute significantly to the Finance team. This role involves preparing financial statement packages, reviewing management discussions, and ensuring accurate month-end closures. You will engage in financial reporting and maintain balance sheet accounts, impacting the company’s sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statement notes
• Support month-end close and general ledger accuracy
• Create monthly internal financial reporting packages
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and continuity records
• Liaise with US Property Tax advisors for timely document delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA required
• 3-5 years’ accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or Hyperion is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
