As an Accountant II, you will be part of a dynamic Finance team, reporting to the Director of Finance. Your role involves preparing financial statements, conducting budget forecasts, and performing general accounting functions. You will also assist in regulatory compliance and the implementation of new accounting standards while providing mentorship to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations
• Support audits and regulatory compliance efforts
• Improve financial processes and identify discrepancies
• Mentor Finance team members in best practices
Requirements:
• Degree in Business or Accounting needed
• 1-6 years of relevant accounting experience
• CPA designation is preferred
• Experience in project management is beneficial
• Detail-oriented with growth motivation
