Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our overseas energy storage business operations with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Service. This role requires strong analytical skills, process design expertise, and the ability to collaborate across global teams to deliver optimized CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct requirements research and analysis with overseas sales, service teams, and customers.
• Document and model requirements using flowcharts, use case diagrams, and user stories.
• Identify business pain points, propose optimization solutions, and provide data-driven insights.
• Design and optimize end-to-end sales and service processes (lead follow-up, contracting, order execution, after-sales service).
• Translate business requirements into CRM system functionality and ensure seamless alignment.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user manuals, and maintain documentation standards.
• Act as liaison between business and technology teams, coordinating requirement reviews and driving consensus.
• Track project progress, provide feedback, and resolve business-related issues.
• Develop training materials and deliver CRM system training for overseas teams.
• Provide post-launch support, collect feedback, and continuously optimize processes.
• Ensure localization compliance (e.g., GDPR) and provide onsite support at overseas offices.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Marketing, Energy Storage, or related fields.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience; CRM or overseas energy storage business preferred.
• 2+ years of overseas assignment experience or extensive collaboration with international teams.
• Strong knowledge of sales and service processes; energy storage industry background is a plus.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (UML, BPMN, Axure, Visio).
• Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics CRM, Salesforce).
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in local language of target country preferred.
