About this role

Lore Electric is looking for a full-time Electrical Foreman and or Junior Foreman to lead the East Junction site in Vancouver, BC. Reporting to the Owner and working closely with the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading site crews, coordinating work, and ensuring the successful delivery of this multi-family residential project. In this position, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing electrical installations from layout to turnover, managing schedules and resources, and supporting apprentices while maintaining a safe and organized job site. More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Leading a team of electricians and apprentices on site • Overseeing layout, rough-in, finishing, and final turnover of electrical work • Managing daily and weekly production goals using Procore software • Running daily touchpoints and weekly huddles in the site trailer • Coordinating with project management and other trades to keep the project on track • Tracking materials, tools, and manpower to align with budgets • Mentoring apprentices and supporting their professional growth • Enforcing safety standards and maintaining site cleanliness About You: To qualify, you will need to hold a Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician certification and have 5+ years of electrical experience, including 2+ years as a foreman or lead hand on multi-family residential projects. Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued: • Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, code, and condo wiring systems • Proven ability to run multi-family projects from start to finish • Comfort using Procore or other construction management software • Experience coordinating crews and subcontractors on active construction sites • Ability to manage materials, tools, and manpower within budget • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing apprentices • Clear communication and collaboration skills with trades and management • Commitment to maintaining high safety standards on site As our ideal candidate, you will possess initiative, accountability, and strong problem-solving abilities that enable you to make sound decisions under pressure.
