About this role

We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our clients team for 2 weeks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting guests, managing appointments, maintaining office supplies, and performing general administrative duties. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role. Experience with office software and a professional demeanor are a plus.
