This role is ideal for an accounting professional with experience managing financial reporting and month-end close.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned propertiesComplete month-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliationsReview and analyze general ledger activity and investigate variancesReconcile bank accounts, tenant ledgers, and balance sheet accountsCoordinate with property managers to develop budgets, forecasts, and operating expense analysesAssist with year-end audit support and tax preparation documentationEnsure compliance with internal accounting policies and relevant reporting standardsSupport ad hoc financial reporting and special projects as needed
