Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager Job Type: Full-time About Us The Rugs Spa is a growing carpet cleaning company serving the GTA with multiple locations. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team and help grow our online presence and generate new leads. Responsibilities ⁠ ⁠Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile. ⁠ ⁠Create engaging posts, Reels, and marketing content. ⁠ ⁠Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. ⁠ ⁠Improve local SEO and website rankings. ⁠ ⁠Respond to reviews and maintain the company’s online reputation. ⁠ ⁠Develop monthly content calendars and marketing strategies. ⁠ ⁠Analyze campaign performance and provide reports. ⁠ ⁠Work closely with management to increase brand awareness and sales. Requirements ⁠ ⁠Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of SEO and Google Business Profile optimization. ⁠ ⁠Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. ⁠ ⁠Ability to create graphics, photos, and videos (Canva experience is an asset). ⁠ ⁠Strong communication and organizational skills. ⁠ ⁠English proficiency required. ⁠ ⁠Experience in home services or local businesses is an asset. Schedule ⁠ ⁠Monday to Friday ⁠ ⁠9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
